I feel like something isn’t working as intended, how do I ensure that provide all relevant information:
o If in the case you’re experiencing some abnormal behaviour after installing your V2 VNT manual boost controller on your vehicle, please send us a video showcasing how you have plumbed the TURBO, INTAKE, VACUUM and BOOST hoses to their appropriate positions. This would give ourselves a better understanding of how everything has been installed since we are not physically with your vehicle.
Based on this video showcasing how you have set everything up, we’d be able to proceed onwards with the relevant information and resources that would suit you best.
I’m interested in your lifetime warranty policy, what does this include?
o We offer lifetime warranty on all of our products, so provided that there is a genuine manufacturing or assembly fault with your product – please send us some photos of what’s going on so that we’d be able to assist with either replacement parts or components. It’s also worth noting that we our lifetime warranty does not extend to those who have purchased our parts second hand.
